HomeGoods To Join Retailer Line-Up At IRC Retail Center’s Shops At Orchard Place In Skokie, Ill.

IRC Retail Centers (IRC), a leading real estate company that owns and operates high quality, necessity and value-based retail centers in select markets within the Central and Southeastern United States, today announced that it has executed a lease with TJX Companies for a new 24,000-square-foot HomeGoods store at the Shops at Orchard Place in Skokie, Illinois.
