Munster, IN (June 12, 2017) – Steven Baer and Gary Greenfield, of Metro Commercial Real Estate, recently represented the landlord in the leasing of 2,200 square feet of retail space to Simple Greek and 4,500 square feet to El Salto at Centennial Village.
Simple Greek and El Salto join Kitaro and Spring Hill Suites, a 62,000-square-foot hotel featuring 99 hotel rooms, a pool, patio and sun deck, exercise room and café at the new development.
Centennial Village is a new mixed-use development located at Calumet Avenue and 45th Street in the heart of Munster, Indiana just north of Centennial Park.
