Munster, IN (March 6, 2017) – Steven Baer and Gary Greenfield, of Metro Commercial Real Estate, recently represented the landlord in the leasing of 4,000 square feet of retail space to Kitaro at Centennial Village. Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial represented Kitaro in the deal. This will be Kitaro’s second location and first in Indiana.
Kitaro joins Spring Hill Suites, a 62,000-square-foot hotel featuring 99 hotel rooms, a pool, patio and sun deck, exercise room and café at the new development.
Centennial Village is a new mixed-use development located at Calumet Avenue and 45th Street in the heart of Munster, Indiana just north of Centennial Park.
