Culver’s will occupy the roughly one-acre property. The new building will take up just under 5,000 square feet and provide 57 parking spaces.
The public has shown great interest in the popular fast-food venue. The Skokie Village Board has already unanimously approved Skokie’s first Culver’s with a drive-thru. This Culver’s location represents the 99th storefront in Illinois.
