In April, representatives of Boston Market posted a sign in the front window of their Joliet restaurant at 1866 W. Jefferson St. The sign read, “We’re temporarily closed.” But Boston Market was not temporarily closed. The closing was permanent.

Now, four months later, the Boston Market property is for sale or for lease. The owners are not disclosing their asking price, according to the commercial real estate site LoopNet.

The property is being listed by Sharon Bar-Shalom of Metro Commercial Real Estate.
