Nathan Tonnies arranges lease that brings Portillo’s to Champaign
Champaign, IL (December 14, 2016) – Nathan Tonnies, of Metro Commercial Real Estate, and Tim Harrington, of CBCDR, recently represented the landlord in the leasing of a 9,934 square-foot building to Portillo’s Hot Dogs at 2306 N Prospect Avenue in Champaign, Illinois.
This will be the first location for Portillo’s in central Illinois and their 39th location in Illinois.
