Metro brings Orangetheory Fitness to Riverwoods & St Charles
Chicago, IL (November 30, 2016) – Metro Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the leasing of two new studios for Orangetheory Fitness in the Chicagoland market.
Larry Kling (Vice President) and Nathan Tonnies (Principal), of Metro Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Orangetheory Fitness in the leasing of two spaces in Riverwoods, Illinois and in St. Charles, Illinois.
- Riverwoods, IL – Metro represented Orangetheory Fitness in the leasing of a 2,880-square foot space at The Shoppes of Riverwoods, 2001-2005 N. Milwaukee Avenue
- St. Charles, IL – Metro represented Orangetheory Fitness in the leasing of a 4,099-square foot space at Main Street Commons, 124 Kirk Road
Orangetheory Fitness has nearly doubled the number of their fitness studios in the Chicago market and continues to plan for future growth.
