Sherwin-Williams coming to Huntley Crossing I
Huntley, IL (August 17, 2016) – Metro Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of Sherwin-Williams to Huntley Crossing I located on the Southeast corner of Route 47 at Powers Road in Huntley, Illinois.
Gary Greenfield and Nathan Tonnies, of Metro Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in the 0.71 Acre transaction.
Sherwin-Williams joins Culver’s and BMO Harris Bank in the new development. Huntley Crossing I is poised to bring a mix of retail, restaurants and small shop space along with a proposed theatre and hotel once completed.
