First Water Street District shop to open Oct. 20

The first store in downtown Naperville’s long-awaited Water Street District is to open Oct. 20, the owner announced this week.
Southern Tide, a clothing company based in South Carolina that specializes in casual preppy styles for women and men, will be the company’s first outlet outside the Palmetto State.
