Brent Wayburn, Vice President of METRO Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Jimmy John's in lease negotiations to occupy 1,600 sf of retail space at 205 E. Ohio St. in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood.
METRO Commercial Real Estate has represented Jimmy John's, a gourmet submarine sandwich restaurant, in multiple retail lease negotiations throughout the City of Chicago. Jimmy John's will consider Chicago locations that offer high daytime populations, traffic counts and strong visibility such as high schools, office parks, colleges and universities.
