Lockport Square at Farrell Road: New Home to SONIC, nūVibe and Play It Again Sports (February 5, 2009)

Highland Park, IL, February 5, 2009 – METRO Commercial Real Estate has teamed with TCB Development in bringing three new tenants to Lockport Square at Farrell Road:
> SONIC, the nation's largest chain of drive-in restaurants, recently opened its fourth Chicago-area location at 16031 S. Farrell Rd - a free-standing drive thru building located directly south of Jewel-Osco and across the street from Aldi.
> nūVibe, a provider of natural-ingredient smoothies and several varieties of coffee and espresso drinks, opened its first Chicago-area location at 16105 S. Farrell Rd - a free-standing drive thru building located directly south of SONIC and north of Wal-Mart Supercenter.
> Play It Again Sports, the name-brand new and quality used sports and fitness equipment provider, has agreed to lease 3,500 SF within the retail center and will open in 2009.
METRO's Brent Wayburn and Nathan Tonnies represented TCB Development in all three transactions.
