Highland Park, IL, May 5, 2008 - METRO Commercial Real Estate's Steven Baer and Gary Greenfield recently represented Staples, Inc. in lease negotiations to occupy 19,500 SF within the Jewel-Osco Center at Roosevelt Rd & Main St in Glen Ellyn, IL. The team also represented Staples, Inc. in lease negotiations to occupy 18,200 SF within the proposed Target development at the SWC of I-290 & Mannheim Rd in Hillside, IL.
