Retail Leasing Success along the New I-355 Extension

Highland Park, IL, March 31, 2008 - Nathan Tonnies and Brent Wayburn of METRO Commercial Real Estate recently represented TCB Development in five separate lease negotiations that will bring Lockport Square at Farrell Rd to 80 percent leased. Current tenants Chase Bank, Great Clips for Hair, and Deals Nothing Over a Dollar will now be joined by:

- GameStop - 1,600 SF
- CiCi's Pizza - 4,500 SF
- Sherwin Williams - 4,000 SF
- U.S. Cellular - 1,600 SF
- Nail Salon - 1,300 SF

SONIC is also under contract to build a free-standing retail location on approximately one acre within Lockport Square at Farrell Rd.

Lockport Square at Farrell Rd is located between downtown Lockport and the new I-355 extension. The center is surrounded by Jewel Food Stores to the north and Wal-Mart Supercenter to the south. The high school and junior high are located less than 1/4 mile away.
