Nearly 100 Percent Retail Occupancy at Sherman Plaza in Evanston, IL

Highland Park, IL, Mar 13, 2008 - Steven Baer of METRO Commercial Real Estate recently represented building ownership in five separate lease negotiations that will bring the 152,000-sf retail component of Evanston's Sherman Plaza to 99 percent leased. Current tenants Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Ann Taylor Loft, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa, Pier 1 Imports, Washington Mutual and LA Fitness will now be joined by:

- North Face - 5,062 SF
- Untitled - 4,300 SF
- Kaplan Education Center - 3,350 SF
- Hot Mama - 2,460 SF
- Red Mango - 670 SF
