Brent Wayburn, Vice President of METRO Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Jimmy John's in lease negotiations to occupy 1,564 sf of ground floor retail space at 225 N Michigan Ave in downtown Chicago.
METRO Commercial Real Estate has represented Jimmy John's, a gourmet submarine sandwich restaurant, in multiple retail lease negotiations throughout the City of Chicago. Jimmy John's will consider Chicago locations that offer high daytime populations, traffic counts and strong visibility such as high schools, office parks, colleges and universities.
