Coming Spring 2008: Four New Starbucks Drive-Thrus (January 28, 2008)

Steven Baer, Principle of METRO Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Starbucks in four separate lease negotiations to occupy 1,920-sf drive-thru locations in Oak Lawn, Romeoville, Orland Park and Aurora, IL. Addresses are as follows:
NEC 95th St & Oak Park Ave, Oak Lawn, IL
NEC Weber Rd & Airport Rd, Romeoville, IL
SWC 159th St & Wolf Rd, Orland Park, IL
NWC Kirk Rd & Butterfield Rd, Aurora, IL
Each of the above three locations are scheduled to open in the Spring of 2008.
